Regular Rates
El Cocal House has up to 14 rooms available for your stay.
The base rate includes 6 rooms at $360 per night with a three-night minimum.

We may be able to offer significant discounts to humanitarian groups, medical missions and university programs. Please inquire.

Notes
Maximum Capacity: 30 Adults
Full payment is required before arriving.
The price includes the use of the house, property, wetlands, private beach, and the amenities such as the two kayaks, boogie boards, tennis court, and volleyball court.

Add-Ons
El Cocal House is set up to be a self-serve operation. However, with advanced notice we can arrange for some extra staff:

  • Local Cook - $40/day
  • Chamber Maid - $30/day
  • Waiter - $30/day
  • Facilitator/Administrator - $40/day
