Amenities
The spacious wooden homestead enjoyed by college students, humanitarian groups, family reunions, corporate workshops, and action seeking adventurers was built originally for family reunions in 1980. Constant care, additions, renovations and on site caretakers keep this lovely home in excellent condition. Enjoy acres of coconut palms, fruit trees, white sand beaches, generally calm surf, and siestas in hammocks. Enjoy new beds, high ceilings, and comfortable furniture.
The Basics
There is a TV (by request), a library of books, music, and games for children and adults. There is a tennis court, volleyball court, and meditation tower.
Kitchen and Dining
"El Cocal" is set up to be a self-service operation. There is a full kitchen with a large dining room that can accomodate up to 30 people.
Bedrooms
Bedrooms upstairs all have ocean views and open to the wraparound porch. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and bathrooms. Linens are provided.
